Pleasure Vessel Operator Grade 1 (PVO1)and Local Vessel Coxswain Grade 2 (CX2) Certificate Exams Boatpeople Centre offers English class in both PVO Grade 1 and CX2 exam courses. Course fees $19,000 including both chartworks and oral exam. The Centre has been conducting PVO1 and CX2 exam courses in Chinese for years. The results are marvellous.
